My coworkers encourage and challenge me which has helped me develop new skills. My supervisor makes sure to check in and provide the resources I need to succeed. It feels so intentional. From a Christian mission sense, hospitality is not just in our programs and services but in the lifestyles of the people who work her. I love the way that we practically show Biblical Hospitality to families traveling in medical crisis. I'm honored to be a part of the team.
