Everyone is super friendly and it's at a nice location. Also, as a secretary I had really flexible hours.

There is a lot of diversity in the workplace, so be prepared to make diverse friends!

What I liked
I appreciated the office environment, as well as learning how to work with coworkers, clients, and municipalities. Additionally, it was challenging yet exciting to meet tight deadlines and schedule my workload accordingly.
What I wish was different
I wish my cubicle was physically closer to my boss and coworkers so there could be more of a team atmosphere.
Advice
The work I performed isn't schoolwork. It will have dramatic impact upon the future developments of the cities we designed in. As such, it should be taken seriously, but that doesn't mean you can't have fun along the way.
