I liked the people and the fact that they gave me projects as well as shed light om day to day functions. I felt and still feel like I'm learning and picking up on things that most other internships wouldn't have taught me. I feel like a member of the team instead of a visitor.
What I wish was different
There's nothing that I wish was different. This is because what I have experienced has shown me that no company is perfect.
Advice
Ask questions and take it seriously. Have fun but still understand that the experience that you have and the connections that you build will help shape the first few years of your career. If you want to grow and be considered for a full time position asking questions will show them that you want more responsibility and are actually interested in what you are doing. It's really important to be kind and be yourself as well.
