Be ready to take on more than you believe you can handle. I thought that I was ready. I knew that it was a big step with a lot more responsibility than I had ever had before, but had no idea quite the challenge I was in for. Being a full-time student at UWM and a full-time employee doing a job that I am constantly in a position of learning for has been an incredible challenge.
