I enjoyed the one-on-one patient connections. I also liked the hours, as I only worked during the day.
What I wish was different
I wish my company communicated with the clients better.
Advice
Being a CNA is not easy and not always rewarding, but it is important work that means the world to some people. Just remember to be compassionate; also remember to be on-time to shifts.
