I absolutely love my job as a CNA for Hometown. The company owns 7 houses throughout the twin cities in which I rotate working at 3 of them in Woodbury. They make it so easy for me to pick up shifts whenever I want during my breaks from school as I work for them during winter break and spring break as well.
What I wish was different
I wish communication was better regarding shift coverage.
Advice
Don't go into this kind of work if you don't have pure intentions of caring for these patients because they are depending on you to do things they aren't able to do for themselves.
