I had a wonderful time getting to know the pace and particulars of museum work. This internship allowed me to hone my interpersonal workplace relationships while also applying my background in history. The hours were flexible, and all of my coworkers were friendly and encouraging.

If you find yourself going down a research rabbit hole, (as long as it's linked to to the work at hand) that can lead to some fruitful finds. In my experience, others at the Center were always very appreciate of newfound historical information, so be sure to communicate your findings!
