Flexible Schedule, Housing Provided ($25 a day). Good work environment, Professional but personable staff and colleagues.

What I wish was different

I wish I could have had more hours (limited to less than 30 hours a week).

Advice

If you can work on your university campus for a summer, do it. It gives you excellent experience, especially if you want to work with educational institutions, and while there isn't room to move in that position right then, it could possibly guarantee you a job on campus after you graduate.
