It was great to interact with lots of different people and apply what I had been learning in class.
What I wish was different
Originally set up as an all-encompassing internship, I ended up just working at the front desk and didn’t gain a lot of experience or knowledge other than working the front desk.
Advice
Hospitality is a great industry to be in! Very high turnover makes gaining higher positions/higher pay more attainable for those willing to stick with a company.
