What I liked
I enjoyed learning an immense amount of information about teaching and developing strong, independent children. The focus of Gymco is instilling confidence and a love of movement in children through gymnastics which I believe is invaluable for the children.
What I wish was different
I wish some of the details of the operation had been more clear. While many things were told to me explicitly, some of the more intricate details of how things were done had to be learned either by observing other employees or through trial and error.
Advice
I would advise future employees to be prepared to learn from the children even more than you hope to teach them. I would also advise them to know that children require patience and lots of love in many forms.
