I liked that I got to work different disciplines of therapy not only Occupational Therapy. It was cool to see how they worked together. Also, I liked that they allowed me to go different facilities. It helped broaden my idea of what an OT does.
What I wish was different
I wish I would have gotten a paid internship but the experience was worth it.
Advice
Go in willing to be flexible. I went in with the idea of things that I wanted to do but quickly found that you kinda have to think on your toes.
