In Quality I got to work with every department by meeting with all managers to restructure Group O’s Job Responsibility Statements. This helped me to better understand each persons role in the company, and helped me to differentiate careers of my interest.
What I wish was different
This internship was individual based with not much guidance. I wish there would have been more opportunity for me to collaborate with other interns/ employees, even though getting thrown into an individual project helped me to learn quickly.
Advice
One piece of advice I have is to always go into an assigned task with a positive attitude, and work to the best of your ability, and from there everything will fall into place.

What I liked
The people were very nice and I learned a lot about the responsibilities of finance and accounting departments.
What I wish was different
I wish I would have spent more time working on everyday responsibilities instead of focusing so much time on the project they wanted us to complete.
Advice
Just try to learn as much as you can. It goes by really fast so just soak up as much information as you can!
