What I liked

Great mix of learning how projects are run, along with inspection responsibilities. They value hard work, but also love having fun while working.

What I wish was different

Honestly, not much. Spent repeat summers working for them, had a great experience every time.

Advice

Don't hesitate to ask to check out a different project on occasion. Usually they have a pretty good variety of projects running.
