Nationally, there are more than 3,000 retail stores operated by 161 autonomous Goodwill headquarters, each governed by a separate board, CEO, and executive staff. Every time you shop at a Goodwill retail store, 86% of every dollar received at the register is turned around and channeled back into our educational, job placement, and job training programs and services.
