The workplace culture is one of the biggest benefits of the job. Everyone is friendly with each other, and we constantly push to be better. I started to take on more responsibilities and training for a supervisor position. I really enjoy helping people and providing assistance. My job requires me to be constantly vigilant that relies on quick responsiveness and critical thinking.
