What I liked
My team really listened to and valued my ideas. They would hold meetings to discuss my designs.
What I wish was different
I had to push to get any real work; they valued us but really didn't know what to do with us. There was a lot of sitting around.
Advice
Language barriers can be really difficult! And if you feel like you aren't doing what you want to in the first week or two, talk to someone to change that ASAP!

I was able to study and work abroad in a foreign country gaining a new perspective and love for traveling.

I wish the internship would be a little organized and challenging.

Do your research on where you will be staying and what accommodations will be available to you through the internship.
