Great culture and great group of co-workers. Plenty of freedom to share idea and give input. Great learning experience with a ton of information to take in on how to run a company, as well as plenty of great networking opportunities.

Advice
Take advantage of every networking and connection opportunity at all of the events. Never be afraid to share any idea you have, or ask for help every. Position has plenty of growth opportunity if you take advantage of them.
