A fantastic nonprofit organization dedicated to furthering Lyme disease research and providing support for those affected by tick-borne illness. The office is a very positive environment to work in and everyone is dedicated to the cause! Having never been previously affected by Lyme disease, this internship was a great learning experience for me. It really opened my eyes to how prevalent Lyme disease is and how important it is to use prevention techniques.
