It was a great hands-on experience, as my mentor gave me multiple projects to work on throughout my time there.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have experienced the process for different types of crime. Because Glendale is a relatively quiet city, the crime rate is down.
Advice
Put 110% effort in your work and always have a great attitude. The forensic and DNA specialists look for people who are quick and enthusiastic learners.
