Wish we had slightly more coworkers so we could actively get the store finished and in order, especially during covid.

As long as you listen, work well with others and alone at times, you’ll be fine.

Graphic Design Intern

What I liked
The entire internship program was a lot of fun. We had weekly activities with plenty of food, and I got to meet so many different people in different positions while all working and advancing my design skills. It gave me an opportunity to view graphic design in a cooperate setting while having fun with people I would have never interacted with otherwise.
What I wish was different
Nothing! The experience was great and I know next years internship program will be even better!
Advice
Don't be intimidated by the long interview process- the interviewers genuinely want to know about you, your passions, and what you'll bring to Giant Food, so the long interview process is necessary and worth it!

What I liked
Working and helping out people in the front end of the store. From cashier to stocking up food and supplies on shelves, it was a great experience.

Everything was quite perfect.
Advice
Memorization is key when it comes to remembering produce items when being a cashier and begging efficient is key as well.
