Well the people you work with are really awesome and the you'll enjoy learning about the animals and talking to guest

But if there is an issue that you have outside of something that HR takes care of is really hard to address it with your managers or assistant managers
Advice
I will save my best piece of advice is to actually talk to people and being outgoing and learning to communicate effectively and show a smile.

Process to get started took longer than expected. Had to go through and info session and then wait to attend an orientation.
Advice
Take as many classes as you can, and study up before you work in a gallery.
