What I liked

I liked how we were able to make a direct impact on the company. It was nice to work on a project that will help with the internal operations of the company. I was able to interact with a a majority of the team at Gear.com and they were all open to help me know how to help them in terms of getting their CRM up and running.

What I wish was different

Something that I wish had been different is a bit more general information about the people in the company and who I would be interacting with at the beginning of this internship. I realize this may have been difficult since it was a virtual internship, but having a list to refer back to of who each person was and what their role is could have been helpful.

Advice

One piece of advice I have is to take initiative and reach out to different team members for help or feedback. They are there to support you just as much as you are there to support them.
