I loved the staff that I worked with. Most of the nurses were very receptive to teaching me and allowing me to provide nursing care alongside them.

What I wish was different

I wish the ability for me to perform more nursing type care had started sooner in my internship.

Don't be afraid to speak up and ask what is within your scope as a student nurse intern.
