What I liked

I enjoy the relationship with my co-workers, they were very friendly and always answer my questions even though they were busy. The company has a good location and it's very close to my home, and the surrounding environment is comfortable to work in. Mostly I need to handle multiple tasks, which trained me in the ability to work. I got a return internship offer in January 2023, this time, the part I am responsible for is more difficult and more chanlleging. Although the task is tough, my colleague is friendly and always willing to offer their help. So does my supervisor, he offered me a return after I graduate.

What I wish was different

The project I need to finish might not be as challenging as I thought. Sometimes I was very busy but sometimes I nearly have nothing to complete.

Advice

The working content is not difficult at all, but if you want to do it perfectly, you need to pay 100% attention to it. If you have questions, do not hesitate to ask.

What I liked

The projects I worked upon were quite amazing, helped me to get hands on experience. The manager speaks different language but that have never come between us to work on something to work on. He has been with fuyao in china & USA. Have been learning alot from him.

What I wish was different

The work culture is quite hectic, the company polices are quite strict. But overall a good experience. They are not flexible with your school schedule. You have to be there on time. Not even a minute late. You cannot take emergency leaves that will cause you penalty points.

Advice

Great company to work at. HR is very friendly, also it totally depends on how your work would be hectic or free depends on the department. Great place to boost start your career
