Told during the interview pay was guaranteed to start at $17 an hour. On first day was required to sign 66 pages of work documents in a short period of time before my shift started, and buried in there was a clause that your real salary is $15.97 unless you meet the daily quota of $235 worth of donations. Very sketchy and not acceptable. - Turnover is nuts. You have 2 weeks of job security at a time and they will fire you on a whim if you don’t make quota. They will also fire you during your first 3 training days if you fail to make $235, which can be a substantial amount. - The only opportunities of advancement you have is to become a field manager (FM), which does pay higher but also has a higher quota and demands even more hours. Most FMs I talked to would come in mornings and not leave the office until 11pm. This would be great, given the hourly pay, if you had real job security, but they are just as willing to fire FMs as anyone else.
