It was a very welcoming community, and they really tested my programming and communication skills. I also liked being able to create projects that really contributed to the outlook of the company as a whole.
What I wish was different
Having more help on projects would've been nice. There weren't too many tech specialists available for any issues I had.
Advice
Definitely come in ready to work and learn. If you show that you're putting in effort that'll reciprocate on your co-workers.
