What I liked

There is a lot to learn! Every day is different. The staff are friendly and loyal to the company and it's a well recognized brand.

What I wish was different

I wish the office staff could interact with the production workers a bit more, simply because everyone can learn something from someone. We are all equal in the company, just with different roles and different knowledge of doing things. None the less, still a team.

Advice

My advice is to take in as much information as you can, so take good notes. It's a great stepping stone to the start of any career. This is essential to growing and maturing into a business professional, as things are taught by doing! Don't be afraid to ask questions.
