I was given independence to lead my team on a project that I enjoyed. It was very fulfilling and I learned a lot. I also made a lot of friends since we lived together in a penthouse provided by fulcrum gt at Rosevelt.
What I wish was different
I wish they had an HR to control the employees. Some employees were not so helpful because of their attitude but they never got an attitude check.
Advice
If you’re applying as a software engineer, please make sure you know at least how to build an app or a website. If you’re going as a business analyst, please make sure you’re outgoing and confident.
