What I liked
This internship gave real, hands-on experience on event production in both the political and music festival spheres. You learn the ins and outs of events, from beginning of planning to on-site logistics. As an intern, you are involved in advance work critical to an events success, like obtaining vendors and creating central documents, not just boring, arbitrary administrative tasks. You also have the opportunity to work on-site and see how events run in real time. This is a great role if you're looking to learn more about live events in a fast-paced environment. I've learned the most from this internship than I have any other, and the team is dedicated to ensuring you take something away from the experience.
