“The community developed within staff, the opportunity to work in some form with children in a camp program, and the encouragement and support of the full-time staff. There is a strong sense of unity intentionally developed among the summer staff at Frontier Camp. Each staff member shares the same greater goal of evangelism and discipleship, which allows us to support each other as we minister to children. Camp is also a place to work hard together, and it forges a strong bond among staff.”
