The company culture was extremely welcoming and my supervisor was flexible in trying to give me work that would be making a difference for my co-workers work load.
What I wish was different
I wish I would have been able to work there longer term but that wasn't possible due to the internship being attached to MSG

What I liked
There was so much to like about this internship! The people were very nice and supportive. They were always willing to answer my questions and challenged me to keep trying new things. They truly cared that I was having a beneficial internship experience and made sure that I got what I wanted to out of my time with them. I got to work on a variety of projects, with almost all of their departments, and was allowed to take ownership of some of my own things. I would fully recommend this internship to anyone.

Advice
Internships are incredible experiences. I learned so much about the industry I love, and met some truly amazing people. I would recommend that students keep in touch with the people they interned with! If at all possible, I would also recommend being flexible with pay. I accepted an unpaid internship, and then worked part time as well to keep paying my bills. It wasn't ideal, but I think the experience outweighed the financial strain.
