Fox Chase was such a great working environment, all staff are very welcoming and it truly felt like a community.

Advice

I would encourage future interns to take advantage of how many different healthcare professionals work at Fox Chase and ask a lot of questions, even if it's a field that's newer to you or that you haven't considered pursuing. Many staff members are happy to talk to students about their experiences/allow students to shadow them.

Advice

Definitely network with people you know, or connections from friends or colleagues, to find job opportunities. And once you are in a new job, ask lots of questions and be proactive! It's okay to not know something, but if you don't ask about it, you won't be able to learn and grow.
