They had a great work environment and made me feel like a real part of their team, I was very disappointed to be leaving them at the end of my internship. Each intern got to shadow one of the current technicians all summer which allowed for a great learning experience.
What I wish was different
Most of the internship was spent working on different summer projects. Towards the end of the internship school started back up and we mainly worked on resolving help desk tickets, but this was kind of a limited experience for me due to school starting back up for me as well.
Advice
Come in to work everyday willing to learn. There are always opportunities to expand your knowledge as long as you have the right attitude and keep an open mind.
