What I liked

I loved having the opportunity to do paid internship work for a non-profit. The Forest Foundation is a rare and amazing program. I also was able to discover a career path that had never occurred to me before this experience. I worked on meaningful projects that I learned a lot from.

What I wish was different

I wish I could have had the opportunity to work for this non-profit (The Daily Table) long-term, but other than that I would not have changed much.

Advice

Never say you are unable to do something. If you don't know how, google it, or ask people you know for advice, and at last resort, reach out to supervisors for help. But willingness to complete challenging projects was definitely the thing that was noticed within my internship.
