The constant meeting of new people, working in the community that I live and go to school in, being able to actually enjoy my job, and the constant opportunities to learn.
What I wish was different
This job forces you to constantly be on your toes and ready for changes. However, I wish there was a bit more organization in the day to day agenda.
Advice
While working for a non-profit just be flexible and able to adjust.
