I like that it is a small business, the owners are very involved and the staff is friendly. The owners have team building every couple months which is usually a fun trip to a local attraction such as Dig and Dive or Battle House.
What I wish was different
I wish I had gotten the job back in May and stayed in Wilmington all summer.
Advice
This is an establishment where you really get out what you put into it. The job can be boring at times but if you make friends with your co-workers than you will get through it.
