I loved the staff I worked with, along with the parents of the children. The parents are so nice and helpful in any accommodations the Kid Zone needed!
What I wish was different
I wish the hours could have been longer.
Advice
Make sure you like kids if you are planning on working with them. It may sound like a no-brainer, but it's true. Liking kids and being able to focus on them helps a lot in this sort of business.

What I liked
The people I had the opportunity to learn from. They were great and beyond helpful. I also enjoyed working hands on with the youth sport and helping with summer camps.

Advice
You gain a lot of knowledge about youth sports if you listen and get involved. Don't be afraid to mess up and to ask questions.
