Firehouse uses stone-fired ovens, cooking pizzas directly on the stone hearth. This gives our pizzas, pastas and sandwiches a unique flavor that has come to be appreciated by our guests.

“It's not a huge industry, so I've been able to get to know each of my coworkers and actually become friends with them.
They also are really good at encouraging progression. My managers often take a minute at the end of my shift to ask me what I think I did well and what I think I could work on.”
