What I liked

It is a very chill vibe where it allows me to be free, and research in any sector and category without boundaries or strict limits. The atmosphere feels like a startup and the timing and schedule for work is super flexible based on my schedule. I also love sports and keeping up with the latest news from my favorite team which is basically what I do in my job.

What I wish was different

I wish it was a bit more professional and that I had a more established role where I was taught and told what to do more often. Often times what I research and market is however I want to do it, which isn't bad, but also doesn't help me learn new strategies other than through experience. I also wish there were more group projects and team building exercises more often which would make the internship a little more interesting.

Advice

I would choose a job that you love to do otherwise internships will be a miserable time. It really depends on what you plan on pursuing as a career and don't rule out options just because you don't like it. Try it out and then speak. Don't stress too much because it's just an internship aka "learning experience" which will allow you to understand a daily life in that job and give you an idea of what it's like and whether you would pursue a career in that field or not.
