The employees and managers want you to succeed. It's very rewarding working for a smaller fast-paced company. Received a full-time after 2 months as an intern.
What I wish was different
Nothing. Learned a lot of different things that I didn't get in my BSME education at Marquette.
Advice
Would recommend to any outgoing engineers regardless of major.

What I liked
I enjoyed the friendly and supportive atmosphere and the opportunity to pick up more responsibilities as I went along.
What I wish was different
I wish I had maybe a more defined structure and worked in a small team on the same projects.
Advice
Be honest about your capabilities going in, and be open to new experience. Have a good work ethic and constantly be productive, it is seriously appreciated by the managers and coworkers.

If you have no idea what you want to do try as many things as possible to get out of your comfort zone. Only then will you see what you are truly passionate about.
