I like the small company atmosphere and the people are really nice. The work was interesting and meaningful because I was working on real issues that the company needed.
What I wish was different
It would have been nice to participate in a more collaborative experience, although I saw a lot of growth in myself while working independently.
Advice
Don't be afraid to step out of your comfort zone to work at cool places that develop innovative projects.

The culture of the firm was amazing. Everyone was very collaborative and approached the market as one team instead of separate trading desks.
