Please be kind to people who are serving you. You never know how their day is going and the last thing they want is to be yelled at a customer rudely about a small mistake that was made and can most likely be fixed

What I liked
The regular customers really made this job amazing. Having the ability to really get to know the customers personally, was really a great way to feel connected to the community.
What I wish was different
I do wish that there had been more hands on training in the beginning. Once hired, there is a mass amount of online training that wound up being very useful in learning the job. I think it would be very useful within the company is they accompanied the training online with live on the job learning.
Advice
Don't get overwhelmed! The job gets easier as you go, especially after learning the regular customer's orders and the ebb and flow of business during the day. Ask questions of your other crew members to learn tips and tricks to get better and faster.

I loved the people. Even though there was a slight language barrier with some, they were extremely funny and enjoyable to work with.
What I wish was different
I wish the schedule would come out earlier than Saturday or Sunday. The work week started on Monday so getting it the day or two before was inconvenient.
Advice
Always keep an open mind and be ready to make mistakes. Can’t tell you how many times I made something incorrectly or spilled something but I would try and make it right and clean up after myself.

They were very flexible and understanding of my schedule.
What I wish was different
The hours. It had the be an 8 hour shift from either 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm or 10pm-2am.
Advice
If you just do your job and do it well then you won’t have too many problems, but if you do have issues the boss will usually help you out.
