What I wish was different
I wish management had been more mindful of the needs of other associates, as well as being fair in enforcing rules.
Advice
Retail is not for everyone and can be a toxic environment at times, but do not let the bad experiences bring you down. Looking on the bright side allowed me to work here for 2 years.
