I enjoyed learning a new skill and talking with seasoned professionals from various fields. I also enjoyed the location, it was short commute from class!
What I wish was different
I would have been more confident if I were familiar with common cocktails!

Ask for what your skill set and time is worth, be prepared to support customers with different needs and offer conversation to make them feel welcomed!
