What I liked
I had great co-workers and the schedule was very flexible. My manager was great at giving me the hours I wanted.

When I went to apply for promotions, it was hard to get a better position. It would have been nice if there were not so many politics associated with advancement.
Advice
The most important qualities are constancy and hard work. When people see you are giving your all, all the time, they are more willing to work with what you want.

This job is only good short-term. Otherwise, you'll be driven insane by Costumer stupidity.

Advice
This is a great job if you are willing to put a lot of miles on your car. Tips are usually hit or miss and it is not enough to guarantee big profits but it usually works out in the long run

The speed at which I was able to begin working. Pretty friendly crew and enjoyed most of their company.
What I wish was different
The workload distribution. People started to quit midway through my time working there either due to too many hours or too little hours; I would get overtime almost every week towards the end of my time working there.
Advice
Come in with an attitude that the work load here is intense and you'll do great, and if you bring a great attitude it'll more than likely help you get a raise within a short period of time.

What I liked
I enjoyed working in the food industry and learning how to provide quality customer service. The management and coworkers at my store were phenomenal people and I truly enjoyed getting to know them.
What I wish was different
Domino's is a need-based working environment, therefore, some days are slower than others. I do wish that there had been more to do during the morning (slower) shifts so that the day could pass by more quickly.
Advice
Working at Domino's can be a fulfilling experience if you dedicate yourself to the work, however, it truly does depend on the people that you work with to make the job experience a fun one.
