I really enjoyed the other employees that I had the pleasure of working alongside. They made each day enjoyable!

What I wish was different

Scheduling was a bit tight, and not very flexible. I wish I could have had some more control over when I was scheduled.

Advice

If you have an open summer and are looking to build retail and customer service skills, Dickey Farms is a great job! You will learn to always have a smile, appreciate the value of a family-owned and operated business, and get some physical fitness in as well, because you will always be on your feet!
