I liked that there was a culture of fully including the interns as employees. I also liked that the work I did always felt like a meaningful contribution to the company.
What I wish was different
I wish there would have been more standards in place for what is expected out of the interns.
Advice
I would suggest outlining work expectations and limitations early on in the internship with your supervisor and other key staff members.
