This positions has offered me a valuable opportunity to engage in economic development research. As an entry-level position, the training was extremely thorough but individualized based on my specific skills and experience level. To an extent, I was able to choose which projects I worked on. This kept me excited about my work and allowed for a good amount of variety in my day-to-day.
