What I liked

Free snacks, the learning experience, laid back and easy-going culture, being able to see every working department (in-house manufacturing, marketing, IT, customer service, etc.). Dog-Friendly office. COO is great, and our customer first focus is what has kept the company successful.

What I wish was different

Inclusivity for non-English speakers and better documentation practices.

What I liked

I liked working with the schools we serviced to provide uniforms. It was great being able to work with school administrators and committees and meet their needs and resolve any issue. It was a great learning experience and one that provided new challenges every day.

What I wish was different

I would have liked to have done more with the behind the scenes marketing such as tracking and analytics. Much of what I did was client face to face interaction and it was still a great experience but it would have been nice to learn and see what Dennis does to market and promote themselves online.

Advice

My advice would be to connect with as many people as possible and get to know them both clients and coworkers. It’s a great way to connect and establish yourself. It makes working and getting to help from others a lot easier than going at it alone.
