What I liked
My job was set up for me to continuously learn. Every week we would list departmental goals and pick projects according to what we wanted to learn.
What I wish was different
I wish I had had more written reviews of my work. I also created a lot of marketing materials, however I had a very small market, so I wish I had more experience working with a variable market.
Advice
You need to be able to take charge of learning new skills in order to reach departmental goals.
